This photograph is sheep kidney. Not a very good picture, but it illustrates essentially one lesion and I would like you to tell me what that is. There perhaps are two alternative thoughts relating to the renal pelvis and papillary areas of the kidney.
This is melanosis, and this is a normal kidney.
