This is an ox, but again you should think about distribution and having thought about that, think again about pathogenesis.

Think of yourself as perhaps doing the necropsy and looking in another organ for evidence that supports your pathogenetic concept.

• What is the organ?
• What is the lesion?
• Then, perhaps, predisposing factors leading to the disease, clinical picture, etc.
• Clinical parameters of diagnosis; those sort of things.
