In the left photograph, you can see that the lesions involves the right lung; cranial and middle lobes. There also appears to be a green patch of pneumonia not continuous with the middle in the upper caudal (diagphragmatic lobe). Almost certainly an aspiration pneumonia.
In the right photograph is the remains of a severely necrotizing (gangrenous) pneumonia with many adhesions.
