There are tan, moderately indistinct nodules within the atrial wall and the ventricular wall.
This cow could have had melena also.
The key to this photograph and to lymphoid neoplasia in other locations as well is to recognize the difference between adipose tissue and the tan infiltrate of lymphoid tumor -- best seen in this photgraph in the atrial muscularture.
