This photograph is of another dog. There is a bit more visual information coming off the screen. There is a lung lesion and some other lesions. It would be well to again try to discern the quality, the process of the lesion, and think etiologically.
There are multifocal yellow masses. This could be a granulomatous process, possibly abscesses, or maybe neoplasia.
The distribution suggests but does not dictate a blood-borne origin.
This lesion is actually a multifocal granulomatous pneumonia caused by Nocardia.
