There are several lesions in this phogograph from probably a fairly old bitch. We are looking at the various constituents of the genital tract.
There are multiple vaginal leiomyomas/ fibromas, a parametrial cyst, mammary tumor, and cystic endometrial hyperplasia (which you probably cannot see). It is likely that the ovaries contain considerable luteal tissue.
