This is a pig`s head, obviously. When someone picks out a pig`s head for you to look at I am sure you immediately think atrophic rhinitis.
I do not think that the snout is twisted so look elsewhere. I do think that there might be evidence of atrophic rhinitis presented in this picture. I also notice a bunch of little black specks maybe here and there on the skin and I am thinking about eperythrozoonosis. I wonder why. Or maybe pox. You should be wondering what the connection between black specks and those diseases might be.
The principle abnormality is epiphora. There are many possible causes among which is nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
The black specks are louse excrement.
