The left photograph is of a dog who is lying on a marble slab. It would probably help if we could look at the other side of this dog, but let`s assume that the other side looks like this side.
I suppose you should rank those into categories of importance and less importance and you should be able to come up with a nice list of possibilities as to cause and thoughts how to establish the validity one or the other cause, assuming you had the live dog.

I suppose you noticed that the dog represented in the previous slide was a male.
The right photographneeds to be correlated with the previous two and it would be a grave error on your part not to review the entire clinical picture represented by these slides and also by those diseases that fit in the differential diagnosis.
