This photograph is of a pig kidney. I would like you to again observe and get a diagnostic data base - probably put the pig`s problem into one or another categories of disease and think about the diseases that fit in that category.
Then mentally explore the rest of the pig, or the clinical picture, or whatever you think would constitute good diagnostic procedure after having found these kidney lesions.
