These photographs are from a dog. I see several major lesions and I would like you to be asking yourself what diseases they might represent. Perhaps one of them would be suggested by the second photograph. There are several lesions represented here that should lead you to an etiologic diagnosis. Consider the lesion in the right phogotraph in light of the others. Account for its occurrence both etiologically, pathogenetically and prognostically.
Petechiation of oral mucosa and severe icterus. The second photo illustrates hepatomegaly, and hemorrhages of the lung and serosal surfaces. The third and edematous gall bladder and accentuated lobular pattern of the liver. The fourth illustrated corneal edema. These all point to infectious canine hepatitis.
