This is a fairly old sheep with a bunch of focal to confluent lesions on the muzzle, even maybe headed toward the eye and on the chin and lips.

This is an easy one. Notice that these lesions are elevated and crusted.

On the worldwide scene we would have to think chiefly of maybe two diseases, but in the U.S. one will pretty much do it.

There probably are lesions elsewhere on this sheep and you should look for them.
