This is from a dog. I would like you to look at this liver and tell me everything you can see.

There is a lot that can be seen and it has considerable diagnostic significance.

Pertinent observations include gall bladder edema and hemorrhage; accentuated lobular pattern of liver; and hepatic turgidity.

Can you think of some possible causes?

Toxins?

Infections?

Metabolic disease?
